Complete the Attendee Guest Badge Request Form to obtain a Dealer Expo 2011 badge for your guest. Use one form per guest.

Guest Badges are NOT mailed and will be available for pick-up at Onsite Attendee Registration at the Indianapolis Convention Center. A qualified registered attendee with badge must accompany the guest to Onsite Attendee Registration for pick-up. Attendee guest badges are only valid during show hours. Guest registrations are free for retailers and non-retailers who register their guests in advance by Tuesday, February 1, 2011. Onsite Guest Registrations are $40 per qualified guest.
A confirmation email will be sent once your guest registration is complete. Please allow us 72 hours to process your form before contacting us. To confirm you guest registration was processed, you may contact customer service at 800-556-3369.
Any attendees under the age of 18 must be with a parent and must check in onsite to sign a child waver form for the event. All children will be required to have a child badge to show they have been checked in at the event. Admittance to Advanstar events is authorized by show management only and may be revoked at any time. Badges are the property of Advanstar and are authorized for the name on the badge only and non transferrable.
Badges are non-transferrable and non-refundable.
