In this month’s article of Get the most we decided to focus on some really simple things that tend to get overlooked.  As we get closer to the show our staff gets phone calls with common questions and concerns, so we thought we’d take some time to answer some of these questions in advance.

Registration Deadlines, how to avoid fees!
If you are a retailer then registration is FREE* to attend as long as you pre-register for the show. This means as long as you pre-register your company by Sunday, February 7th before Midnight you will have 100% free access to the show. Now, keep in mind if your company is not qualified to attend yet the time line changes. Here are the basics outlined below:
*Non-retailers are $100 registration per person.

Company Qualification
Last day to submit a company qualification application is Wednesday, February 3rd, 2010.

Pre-Registration Online
Last day to pre-register new contacts online is Thursday February 4th, 2010.
New employees added online are required to qualify, employee credentials must be received by fax no later than Friday, February 5th, 2010.
Last day to pre-register existing contacts online is Sunday, February 7th, 2010.
Pre-registration must be processed online by 11:59pm EST.

Pre-Registration by Phone
Last day to pre-register existing or new contacts by phone is Friday, February 5th, 2010.
Pre-registration forms and qualifications must be received by 5:00pm EST.

Pre-Registration by Fax
Last day to pre-register existing or new contacts by fax is Thursday, February 4th, 2010.
Pre-registration forms and qualifications must be received by 5:00pm EST.

Child & Guest Pre-Registrations
Last day to request pre-register for a retailer/non-retailer guest is Monday, February 2nd, 2010.
Guest Registration forms must be received by Fax or Digital submission no later than Wednesday, February 3rd, 2010.

Badge Deadlines
To receive your badges by mail you must have a completed pre-registrations by Friday, January 29th, 2010. A completed pre-registration means you have received a email confirmation. If you have not received an email confirmation you may not registered, please contact customer service by calling 800-556-3369

Brining Guests or Children to the show, no problem!
Dealer Expo allows retailer and non-retailer attendees to bring guests and children. Dealer Expo has strict policies regarding both guest and children and reserves these registrations strictly for spouses, children or other guests upon approval. Attendees are not allowed to use guest registration for any employees. All guest registrations are free if registered in advance. Onsite registrations are $40.
Only pre-registered attendees are allowed to request guest or child registrations. If you aren’t registered yet we encourage you to do that first, and then submit a request to bring your guest. Remember, guest badges do not get mailed. You are required to pick them up at Attendee registration, located at the The Westin Indianapolis Hotel. A registered attendee must be present with their guest receive their badge to the show, and for children an authorization form must be completed onsite.
