Get the Most - October Issue

Dealer Expo® is a big show and the reality is that if you want to produce GREAT results you have to get started early. Sure, you can start planning in November, December or even January... but let's really face the facts here! November and December are holiday months and January is one month out from the show. We aren't saying you have to have every little detail done but if you think you might want to go to the show, now is the time to start planning.

Here are four things you might want to start thinking about if you want to be prepared when you come to the show and most definitely save you money along the way.

  1. Booking hotels requires you to Register
The best hotels rooms fill up the fastest. Booking outside the Dealer Expo reserved hotel block can cost you up to 3x's more money. Get registered now so you are aware of when Housing will open; Dealer Expo will send you an email along with a housing code so you can get the room you want at price that is affordable.
  2. Waiting on Flights can cost you
Make sure you book your flights in advance. Waiting till the last minute can cost you more money. Start researching flights now, sign up for price alerts, and book your flight at the best price for the show.
  3. $5 gets you anywhere downtown
Are you renting a car when you arrive? Downtown Indianapolis offers $5 flat rate when you use the taxis in the downtown area. Setup shuttle to and from the airport and catch a cab, you'll save yourself the expense of a car rental and won't ever have to worry about parking.
  4. A timely dinner requires reservations
If you know which restaurants you'd like to eat at then we suggest you call them in advance. Reserving your table ensures you get seated to eat in a timely manner. If it's in the downtown area it's likely to be jammed packed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. A simple call ahead will make sure you eat where you want!

Dealer Expo is the ultimate powersports resource, packed under one roof in just four days. Our Attendee Management Team is dedicated to helping you get the most out of your experience. Don't hesitate to contact us by email or by phone; helping you is what we do!
