This small, single-line Ducati dealership was founded by local Omaha motorcycle enthusiasts and road racers. Because of this,
it's no surprise that one of the store's biggest employee perks is company-paid track days for employees. This is the kind
of thing that not only boosts employee morale and motivation, but also gives them that much more information about the products
they sell. It's the perfect deal for those obsessive types who are Ducati customers. The store also makes all full-time employees
eligible for incentive sales pay and throws company picnics, outings and parties throughout the year.
The dealership keeps a close relationship with the local road racing community by volunteering as track day coaches and by
a holding New Moto Monday track day program. The later averaged 25 to 30 mostly Ducati riders at each event, twice a month,
throughout the riding season.
