1st Class Cycles opens with customs on display

admin

Doing maintenance on motorcycles and ATVs helps keep the doors open at recently opened 1st Class Cycles in Hainesville, N.J., but the owner’s true passion is custom builds.

The store "Dirty Ernie" Larsson opened with his wife, Grace, features a showroom to display his customs as well as a busy service area.

"There are still a few select people that will buy custom bikes," Larsson told the Times Herald-Record. "Then there are those who build bikes in their garages, thinking it will be a cheaper avenue, but sometimes that's the stuff that comes in here for me to fix."

Larsson is an electrician and a longtime enthusiast. He specializes in creating custom exhausts, handlebars and frames. His welded chain fender struts are unique to his builds.
