2008 On Any Sunday Reunion Planned

It's not any Sunday, but May 21 will be a special Wednesday, date of the 2008 On Any Sunday Reunion.

The Orange County Dualies Motorcycle Club planned the event after the 2005 Reunion raised approximately $50,000 for the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation.

"Bruce Brown and Malcolm Smith were the first to commit to the reunion, noting that it was for a very good cause and how good of a time that they experienced at the '05 Reunion," says the club's Larry Langley.

Expected to attend are most of the racers from the 1971 Bruce Brown film as well as many of the support characters. Early RSVPs include racer Jim Rice, producer Alan Seymour, musician Carol Kaye and desert racer Mitch Mayes.

The 2008 On Any Sunday Reunion will be held at the Regal Big 6 Theater on Fashion Island in Newport Beach, Calif., which has a 75-foot screen. The event will include Moto-Expo featuring bikes from the 1971 era and an autograph session. RVXtreme Magazine will sponsor a VIP reception area.

More information and tickets are available on the reunion website or by email to info@onanysundayreunion.com.
