ADAM buys DMS provider Shamrock Systems

DMS provider ADAM has acquired Shamrock Systems, a division of United Systems Technologies, Inc. (USTI). Terms of the transaction are confidential.

Shamrock Systems has a 25-year history supplying DMS software to powersports retailers.

“The acquisition of Shamrock Systems brings many years of successful powersports DMS development experience to our company,” says ADAM president Bruce Weaver. “Also, it affirms our commitment to expand our company’s offerings in the powersports marketplace. We see tremendous upside growth potential in powersports and related markets.”

The company says Shamrock customers will barely notice the change. “They should notice little to no difference in their day-to-day interactions with Shamrock,” according to a statement.

ADAM Systems has offices in Spanish Fort, Ala., and Atlanta, Geo.
