ADP tops category on Fortune's most admired companies list

ADP has been ranked the most admired financial data services company in Fortune magazine’s annual survey of the World’s Most Admired Companies.

"Once again, we are honored to be ranked as the top financial data services company by our peers," says Gary Butler, ADP president and CEO.

This is the sixth consecutive year that ADP has been recognized in Fortune’s Most Admired Companies survey and the second year in a row that the company has attained the top spot in its industry.

The annual list is based on results of a global survey of executives, directors and analysts who rate companies in their own industry on nine criteria: people management, quality of management, innovation, long-term investment, use of corporate assets, financial soundness, social responsibility, quality of products and services, and global competitiveness.

ADP posted the highest average industry ranking in its category. It was rated first in financial soundness, quality of management, long-term investment, quality of products and services, and use of corporate assets.
