WITH FRESH Indian Motorcycles hitting the streets for 2014, the aftermarket is responding. Samson has claimed the first aftermarket slip-on exhaust produced for the 2014 Indian line with its four-inch Longtail Mufflers.
Designed to fit all three 2014 Indian models, the Longtails a1re shipped with baffles installed but promise to liberate additional horsepower and torque compared to the more restrictive stock units. Fuel economy is also boosted according to Samson.
Perhaps more importantly, Samson used a “Quad Chrome” finish on the classic fishtail muffler exit design to best match the retro lines of the reborn Indian brand.
The new Indian Longtail exhaust retails for $799.99.
For riders looking to dress up the 111 c.i. Thunder Stroke V-twin, Aeromach has got them covered, thanks to complete bolt dress up kits for both the engine and controls. Consisting of both new chrome-finished fasteners and bolt head covers, the kits add a cleaner, less-mechanical appearance to the new Indians, the company announced.
The bolt kits start at $74.99 and can be seen in detail at www.aeromach.net.
