ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. - Thunderbird Harley-Davidson has named a new general manager and introduced the Rider’s Edge safety program.
New GM Sean Delaney joins Thunderbird from Naples Harley-Davidson in Florida, where he was GM for three years. While at Naples H-D, he reportedly improved customer satisfaction scores at the to the top 10 percent of Harley-Davidson dealerships in the U.S., according to sources at Scott Fischer Enterprises, which owns the store.
