ARAI's new CT-Z dual-purpose helmet (see image, below) replaces the XC-RAM, which has been discontinued although it was introduced as a new product for 2012.
The new CT-Z model has, according to the company, new, more flexible cheekpads, and a new peak/shield combo.
For customers who own the XC-RAM, Arai will offer a kit to transform the model into the CT-Z.
New display. Arai also has a new display system comprised of banners and an 8 ft. wall section with 18 helmet shelves. The company unveiled it during the late July Tucker Rocky Dealer Show. To receive the display, dealers order a minimum of six models with full size runs.
Especially aggressive dealers could combine two displays for a 16 ft. display, the company noted.
