MESA, Ariz. - E.B. Chester, owner of Chester's Harley-Davidson, Mesa, Ariz., is preparing to expand his dealership by adding a restaurant and a facility dedicated to Rider's Edge training. Chester recently purchased a 4.8-acre lot adjacent to his existing 2.24-acre property at 992 S. Country Club Drive.

With the training facility, it would be possible for students to buy a motorcycle and obtain a motorcycle driver's license in a single location. The restaurant would assist in making Chester's a destination, and become part of a loop that Harley riders would visit on weekend rides, he said.

Blueprints are being prepared by Ideation Design Group of Phoenix.
