Representatives of the Bikers United Motorcycle Run will present a $40,000 check to community beneficiaries at 11:30 a.m. Nov. 29 at the Vintage Press in Visalia, Calif.
The 22nd annual event drew 600 riders for a trek from GA Motorsports to Eagle Mountain Casino Nov. 7.
Recipients of this year’s proceeds include the Boys and Girls Club of Tulare County, Happy Trails Riding Academy, Visalia Police Activities League, Read for Life, and Friends of Tulare County.
The Tulare County-based Groppetti Automotive Family were sponsors of run. The company owns a dozen dealer franchises, including Kawasaki powersports vehicles and Vespa scooters.
The organizer for Bikers United Motorcycle Run is G for Kids, a community-based private non-profit foundation dedicated to providing for the youth of Tulare and Kings Counties.
