Biltwell makes Drag Specialties debut at western showcase

ANAHEIM, Calif. - As one of the leaders of the backyard builder movement, and famous for its open-face helmets, handlebars and diehard commitment to real people riding real motorcycles, Biltwell Inc. has a built a strong following in the new generation of riders.

In what company co-founder Harold “McGoo” McGruther called a “whirlwind” courting, Biltwell joined the Drag catalog in December 2012. And it was present and accounted for during the distributor's western regional showcase in mid-March here in Anaheim.

The addition of Biltwell to the lineup in an indication that there are riders out there who don’t want $800 billet parts covered with tribal-flame-demon-skulls and leather, McGruther said. Biltwell is bringing to drag a number of its handlebar models, footpegs, risers, hardtail struts, seats, some apparel, helmet face shields, and its famous custom builder exhaust kit.
