DALLAS, Texas - Freestyle motocross pioneer Carey Hart will appear this weekend at the Progressive International Motorcycle Show, Friday through Sunday at the Dallas Convention Center.
The TV personality and inventor of the revolutionary Hart Attack — he introduced the backflip to the world of FMX — will be on hand to greet fans and sign autographs at the Pit Stop stage at these times:
- Friday, Nov. 9: 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.
- Saturday, Nov. 10: 1 p.m to 2 p.m.
Hart got his start as a professional motocross and Supercross racer, and made his bones in Freestyle MX. He has emerged as an action sports entrepreneur with the Hart & Huntington clothing line and tattoo parlors in Las Vegas, Niagara Falls, N.Y., and Orlando, Fla.. He now has joined racing legend Ricky Carmichael to form Dodge/Sycuan Casino/RCH Racing, a team that includes racers Broc Tickle and Josh Hill.
Hart’s broad career includes acting (cameo appearances in XXX and Charlie’s Angels II), television (VH1’s reality show, The Surreal Life, and star of the A&E network’s reality show, INKED), and music (performing with punk legends Pennywise).
The Progressive International Motorcycle Show will be held at the Dallas Convention Center, 650 South Griffin St. in Dallas.
Show hours are 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday. Admission is $15 adults, $6 for children 6-11. Children 5 and under are admitted free. For more information, visit www.motorcycleshows.com.
