"Our ability to provide local motorsports dealers with a steady new source of high-margin sales coupled with a one-of-a-kind support offering has enabled ePunk to quickly build a reputation as a leading, one-stop, full service wholesaler," said ePunk CEO Jesse Gonzales. "We've perfected the tools of the trade required to run a successful retail business over the past decade and can now offer partners a plug-and-play method for establishing a lucrative and profitable dealership, today, with minimal investment."

The company reported that it's working to build a nationwide network of more than 200 powersports retailers that will sell its line of China-built motor bikes, gas and electric motor scooters, ATVs, karts, dirt bikes, performance parts and related accessories.

ePunk has used the reach of to drive sales generated by its e-commerce platform through local dealers in the customer's area. Gonzales says the company's partnership with provides access to an experienced sales force led by two well-connected regional account managers who reportedly have launched an outbound call campaign and are pushing forward with plans to build a nationwide network of outside sales reps.

"Creating a national distribution network will provide ePunk with the brand recognition and customer base required to achieve our ultimate goal of developing and launching our own line of vehicles and accessories. Achieving this milestone would propel our business to the highest echelon of the motorsports industry and create tremendous value for investors," Gonzales says. "After extensive consideration, I feel strongly that this strategy represents the most optimal mechanism for the profitable growth of our company going forward, and in light of our success thus far, I'm very optimistic about ePunk's ability to make this plan a reality."
