A hospitality entrepreneur has bought the rights to open a new chain of theme restaurants based on Orange County Choppers, and will start with the first location late this summer in Newburgh, N.Y.
Advent Entertainment has acquired the exclusive international licensing rights to develop, own and operate Orange County Choppers Roadhouse, “a full-service restaurant, bar, microbrewery, gaming, hospitality, retail and entertainment experience,” based on the Orange County Choppers brand.
“Orange County Chopper Roadhouse will be an entertainment and promotions-driven destination with regular exciting events, which include major music and bike rally festivals throughout the calendar year,” says entrepreneur Mark Advent, founder and creator of the New York New York Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.
Plans for the 8,500 square-foot flagship location, designed by CORE architecture + design in Washington, D.C., include a casual restaurant featuring a menu of Diner food created by Chef Christopher Lee, center bar and keg room with 165 beers on tap, live music venue and the “Chop Shop,” its retail store. The signature location 60 miles north of New York City will have indoor seating for 225 and an outdoor patio with three fireplaces, an open flame barbecue pit and seating for 100. A bowling alley, concert hall and microbrewery are planned for a second phase next year.

Every Thursday night will be “American Chopper” night, with new episodes aired live Once Advent opens the first location, he plans to open several more around the world, targeting Miami, Orlando, Las Vegas in the states and Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. The Dubai site will include a hotel and Orange County Choppers showroom, Advent says.
