FORT MYERS, Fla. – Scott Fischer Enterprises (SFE) isn't wasting any time booking events at its latest development Six Bends, with event bookings coming in for the complex set to open in October.
Phase one of the 16.5-acre project will include a 54,000-sq.-ft. Harley-Davidson dealership with an on-site 2-acre Riding Academy and test ride track, as well as its own entertainment venue, dubbed Top Rocker Field, which will hold up to 5,000 people. Visitors will also find a 20,000-sq.-ft. gathering space called The Plaza and separate fire pit area where they can relax. Both the Plaza and Top Rocker will be available for rent, as well as meeting space on the second floor of the store. A complete catering kitchen will also be available for rental use.
Events already booked include the Southwest Florida Community Foundation Evening of Gratitude (Nov. 12), the 2014 Southwest Florida Bikers for Babies event (Nov. 14 to 16), and the Cattle Baron’s Ball in January. Those interested in holding an event or meeting at Six Bends may contact Linda McNabb at email@example.com.
Phase two of Six Bends is expected to open next summer and will include 35,000 sq. ft. of mixed-use commercial space in two additional buildings. That space will be available to lease; interested parties should contact Lisa Sands at firstname.lastname@example.org or 239-489-3303, ext. 177.
