DAVIE, Fla. – Authorities are searching for a burglar caught on surveillance video breaking into Motorcycle World last Thursday.
"It's a shame that you try to build a business and be honest to people to make a living and people just don't want to work," owner Elan Hava told WSVN.
The video shows a man wearing a mask and dressed all in black throwing a brick into the front window of the shop, then going in and raiding the cash register. Although the burglar was gone in under a minute, Hava said he stole several helmets worth $700 and a case full of GoPro cameras. He believes the thief knew the store layout.
"It was a quick hit-and-run, that's what he did," he said.
