Customer followup, creating databases are focus of free sales webinar July 11

IN THE NEXT installment of its Pulse series, Dominion Powersports Solutions will hold a free webinar on July 11 at 2 p.m. EST titled, “Strategies to Fix What’s Wrong in the Sales Department.”

"In talking with dealers and other industry members, we've identified two areas where our sales departments often fall short," said Neil Pascale, Dominion Powersports Solutions' Business Development Manager and moderator of the Pulse series webinar. "So we're going to spend most of our hour on July 11 addressing those two areas."

According to Dominion, these areas include:

• logging, or collecting personal contact information from consumers that walk into your stores and
• making an effective, follow-up phone call to consumers who have come into the store and left without purchasing a unit.

Webinar presenters will be Sam Dantzler, dealer consultant and founder of Sam’s Powersports Garage, and Barry Eisenberg, general manager of Greater Boston Motorsports.

"We can't think of a better time to address these two critical areas than right in the heart of our busiest season," Pascale said.
