BENICIA, Calif. – PG&A retailer Cycle Gear announced that it has opened a second store in the state of Virginia, this time in Springfield. The new site brings the chain’s store count near 100 nationwide, according to the company.

The new Springfield store will have a grand opening May 10-12. AMA representatives will be on hand from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. May 10 to discuss motorcyclist rights; 10 percent of sales during this time will be donated to the AMA. The store will also offer special deals through the month of May.

The new store is across I-95 from the Springfield Mall and is one of few motorcycle parts and apparel retailers that is open seven days a week, according to Cycle Gear.

"We are excited to be in a position to help riders in the area get the motorcycle parts and apparel that they need so they can have the best possible riding experience," said Cycle Gear CEO Dave Bertram. "We are looking forward to working with the Springfield community for years to come."
