CycleTrader to test vehicle history reporting service

MOTORCYCLE VEHICLE HISTORY and title reports will be available to on for a limited time, thanks to a deal struck between the company and instaVIN.

instaVIN reports provide DMV title, salvage, insurance, total loss and other information to help identify title problems prior to purchase.

Links to instaVIN reports are available on’s ad listings and resource pages as well as other locations on the site.

During the limited time offer, shoppers can buy a single report for $6.99. or five for $24.99. Sellers can share the instaVIN report with potential buyers by linking to the report on their ad listing.

InstaVIN reports contain information and data from private sources and through a partnership with the Department of Justice and AAMVA who administer the National Motor Vehicle Title Information System (NMVTIS). NMVTIS is the only vehicle history database in which all states, insurance carriers and junk salvage yards are required by federal law to report their data.
