NORFOLK, VA - CycleTrader.com will begin offering live chat on dealership listings through a new partnership with Contact At Once!
Consumers visiting CycleTrader.com will be able to live chat instantly with the dealer of their choice. Dealers can receive and respond to all chat leads through an app on mobile devices and desktop computers.
Additionally, the product has the ability to track dealer availability and will not appear as a contact option if the dealer is unavailable to chat.
Dealerships that used chat during a recent pilot program experienced a 60.4 percent increase in leads, CycleTrader announced.
