DEALER EXPO, Indianapolis, Ind. - Off-road dealers may want to stop by Booth 3313 to check out Fly Racing's new helmet model, as well as its chest protector that double up as a hydration system.
The Trophy Series helmet comes with a removable, washable, moisture-wicking liner and cheek pads. Ventilation is controlled via two closeable forehead vents and two movable vents on the top of the shell that also function as helmet stabilizers. A wide eye port makes things easy to see. The Snell- and DOT-approved Trophy comes in adult sizes XS-XXL and youth sizes S-L. It retails for $139.95.
The Convertible Hydro Pack System is a chest protection and hydration system in one. It features a 70 oz. bladder complete with a hose and bite valve. A thick layer of protective foam helps cushion impacts to a rider's body. The pack also contains a zippered tool compartment to helps organize the rider's tools and miscellaneous goods.
The front chest plate is constructed of an impact-resistant DGP polymer that's virtually unbreakable, according to Fly. The free-floating shoulder protection is removable — and adjustable via the aluminum hardware. MSRP is $129.95.
