Dominion unveils sales and marketing Scorecard, schedules free one-on-one consults with dealers in Indy
How does your store stack up? Are you in the pack when it comes to sales and marketing, or are you being left behind and you just don’t know it? A new initiative that allows dealerships to view how well their business performs in comparison to others across the nation will be unveiled at Dealer Expo — and show attendees get an immediate benefit.
Dominion Powersports’ new Dealer Scorecard program provides dealers with an easy-to-follow, data-driven report that identifies a store’s strengths and opportunities in sales, lead management, marketing and other core business areas. Scorecard reports will be provided at no cost to dealers who attend Dealer Expo in February (registration required; see below).
Dominion creates the Scorecard reports using data and analysis from its dealer business service providers PowerSports Network, Traffic Log Pro, Cycle Trader and ZiiOS, along with Dominion Insights. The reports then compare performance data across the company’s 3,000-plus powersports dealership customers.
“As industry sales start to rebound, we want to help dealers reach new levels of efficiency and profitability within their operations,” said Gwyn Price, vice president of Dominion Powersports Solutions. “Dominion Powersports’ Dealer Scorecard will help us achieve that, as it clearly identifies opportunities of growth for dealerships.”
Here’s how it works:
- Make sure you’re registered as an attendee for the 2013 Dealer Expo (visit www.dealerexpo.com).
- Dealers registered for Dealer Expo can sign up for a Scorecard offering and meeting time by contacting Dominion’s business development manager, Neil Pascale, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- During your consultation in Indy, you will receive a free Scorecard multi-page report. There will be time to go over the results with experts from Dominion so you can identify ways to more successfully tackle your challenge areas. Industry members with diverse expertise — including SEO, lead management, online merchandising and social networking — will be on-hand in Indy to lend support and guidance during these one-on-one consultations.
The process is quick, easy — and will take no more than a half-hour of your time in Indy. Find out your Score by registering for Dealer Expo and scheduling your consultation today.
Attendees may pre-register for their Scorecard consultations by contacting Dominion Powersports Business Development Manager Neil Pascale at
