Sheriff's deputies in Auburn, Calif., have recovered several motorcycles believed stolen from cycle dealers in the Auburn area, according to Sacramento TV station KCRA.
Authorities discovered the bikes at a home after the Placer County Sheriff's Department and investigators from the California Highway Patrol ran a probation check on an Auburn.
Todd Swindle, 40, was arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle, officers told KCRA.
The bike was a Kawasaki KX-250F motorcycle which had been reported stolen from TNT Motorcycles in Auburn last summer.
A storage unit renter, Kevin Mullenix, 24, was arrested for vehicle theft and other related charges after authorities recovered two more bikes and a trailer from Ace Mini Storage on Shale Ridge Lane in Auburn. They are still trying to identify three other bikes tied to the pair, the station reported.
