NORFOLK, Va. - More powersports dealers are using Facebook, but fewer are succeeding in getting the type of consumer interaction that will drive in-store traffic, according to a Dominion Powersports Solutions 2013 study of more than 100 powersports dealerships.
The results of that study plus successful Facebook strategies will be the topic of a Dominion Powersports Solutions Pulse webinar at 11 a.m. CT Nov. 6.
The webinar will feature representatives from three dealerships - Wilkins Harley-Davidson of South Barre, Vt., Coastal Victory of Murrells Inlet, S.C. and Bair’s Polaris Victory of North Canton, Ohio – that are performing above average in key Facebook benchmarks. Personnel from each of the dealerships will describe how they have succeeded in driving more interaction with their enthusiasts on Facebook.
“We need to spend this winter driving better engagement with our enthusiasts, and these three dealerships will tell us how to do that on Facebook,” said Neil Pascale, Dominion Powersports Solutions’ business development manager and moderator of the Pulse series webinar.
