Stop by the SuperTrapp booth (1845) to see the company’s new Mean Mothers slip-ons for Harley-Davidson ’09-’10 Touring models. This is the first time Mean Mothers have been available as slip-ons. Suggested retail is $499.

SuperTrapp says the exhausts offer the same loud-and-throaty, drag-pipe sound as the original Mean Mothers. They come with 2.75-inch chrome-plated heatshields with a stainless steel 2.25-inch expansion chamber, with black-ceramic-coated billet end caps. They also include a removable louvered core.

Also new from SuperTrapp are three new black ceramic end caps:

  • The “Rolled Edge” Classic Straight Cut black end cap is 2 inches long with a rolled edge for a smooth finish at the end of the exhaust.
  • The “Tapered” black end cap tapers down to a 2-inch rolled edge opening, giving a clean, tight finish.
  • The “Slash Cut” black end cap with its 45-degree, angled cut, can be mounted either slash down or slash out.
    • The company says all 17 of its end caps work with classic or modern motorcycle styling and are compatible with SuperTrapp SE Series Slip-Ons, Kerker Slip-Ons and Systems, Low Roller and Fat Duals 2:2 (with the exception of the Fishtail).

    Dealers also might want to pick up a copy of the 72-page 2010 SuperTrapp catalog, which has all the company’s products for the V-twin, dirtbike, sportbike and ATV markets.
