JANESVILLE, Wis. - Drag Specialties announces a quartet of products that features everything from LED spotlights to technician tools.
Let's jump into it with the 4-1/2 in. high-powered LED spotlight, which has applications for a broad spectrum of motorcycles.
Riders can expected a power savings of up to 85 percent compared to incandescent and halogen lighting. What more, Drag says that the high-class thermal dissipation design has twice the efficiency of other lights and lasts up to 35,000 hours.
Each light is contained in a steel, chromed housing with a 3/8 in.-16 mounting stud. All spotlights are SAE approved and sold individually.
For those customers looking for OEM replacement parts, there's the the kickstarter rebuild kit.
The setup has everything required for a complete kickstarter rebuild. The kit includes shaft, gears, bushings, seals, O-rings, gaskets and other internal components. Drag says that including all the small internal parts will lessen confusion and help staff and customers stay on task.
The kit has applications for many model years and engines including 1936 to 1984 Big Twins with a four-speed transmission.
Drag Specialties offers custom builders and other riders these uniquely designed set of slotted, wide chrome levers. Made from strong, die-cast aluminum with CNC-machined slots, each set of these levers includes anti-rattle clips and clutch lever pivot bushings.
Available in chrome and matte black finish. The levers fit 2004 to 2012 XL models are sold in pairs.
For the back shop, Drag offers this battery lift tool, which is designed to work on touring models and other bikes where the battery is removed vertically.
The tool allows technicians to easily remove and install a batter without the worry of damaging a customers bike or injuring themselves. The tool grips the battery in the case seam on each end and works on most sealed battery brands. It is constructed entirely of metal and features a durable powder coat finish that resists battery acid.
Use on YIX30L batteries and other similar size batteries with approximately 6-9/16 in. overall length. It is not recommended for use as a battery carrier, and the user should always support the battery weight after it is accessible.
