Powersports marketing firm Duo Web Solutions is rolling out RealDealerRatings,a branded website platform powersports dealers can use to collect and showcase customer reviews.
The “real” positive customer reviews can then re-purposed on local search sites such as Google places to improve dealer’s reputation by making negative reviews less prominent and relevant.
“Studies show that 70 percent of consumers trust online reviews and ratings. Quite often buying decisions are dictated by what is portrayed about a business online; whether the review is accurate or not,” says Duo Web CEO Heather Blessington. “We want to place dealers back in the driver’s seat when it comes to Reputation Management. One particular feature is a review widget that can be embedded into any website, blog, or Facebook page, allowing customer ratings to be collected across multiple online channels.
