RpmOne Inc., a company claiming to offer F&I products and training to about 400 powersports dealerships, announced Monday that it had been acquired by a large company that already owns several other F&I-related businesses. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Warranty Holdings is the new owner of the Florida-based company founded in 1998.
Warranty Holdings also owns Interstate National Dealer Services (INDS), which RpmOne claims to have long used for the administration of products. INDS is a “leading company in the administration of service contracts for thousands of dealers nationwide, as well as key partners like Chase Bank, eBay, Edmunds.com and many other large national companies,” according to RpmOne.
Barry Miller, President of RpmOne, stated in a news release, “This transaction is a natural fit and will enable us to provide enhanced support and services to our dealer clients for many years to come.”
According to the RpmOne website, several high-profile dealerships use its services, including the dealer networks owned by RideNow Powersports and America’s PowerSports.
