Factory Pipe Challenges Aftermarket to Help Fund BRC's Legal Programs

Exhaust systems manufacturer Factory Pipe has thrown down a $10,000 gauntlet to the aftermarket industry to help fund the BlueRibbon Coalition's legal activities.

The Liberty Legal Fund, created by Factory Pipe in memory of Warren and Corinne Liberty, will be used to finance costs the BRC (www.sharetrails.org) incurs in its efforts to protect OHV riding access to public lands.

The Liberty Fund will match donations made in 2010 by other aftermarket companies up to $10,000.

"I want to join the ongoing efforts by other off-road companies, such as Cycle Gear and Rocky Mountain ATV/MC, to support BRC," said Ross Liberty, owner and founder of Factory Pipe. "This program is designed to encourage the aftermarket industry to step up to the plate and help the cause."
