SAN JOSE, Calif. - The new SMH5-FM headset/intercom from Sena Technologies Inc. allows riders to tune into their favorite FM radio stations while out on the road.
Using Bluetooth version 3.0 technology, the SMH5-FM can call hands-free on a mobile phone, listen to stereo music or GPS voice instructions, and have two-way intercom conversations in full duplex with a passenger or another motorcycle rider.
According to Sena the unit features an easy-to-access jog dial and intuitive buttons. It also features an integrated audio booster, up to seven hours of talk time, six days standby time, and is reportedly water-resistant. Sena offers free firmware upgrades and a two-year warranty.
