Fire Guts Texas Repair Shop

Authorities in Saginaw, Texas, are looking into what caused a fire that gutted a motorcycle repair shop.

The single-alarm fire at Tex Starr Enterprises broke out the evening of July 8, according to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, and firefighters had the blaze under control about 20 minutes after they were called.

Fire authorities told the paper the fire started in an area used for charging batteries, and the specific cause is still under investigation. Damage was estimated at $50,000 including the contents of the building.
