MADISON, Wis. - Flux Mopeds is moving to a new location in Wisconsin's state capital that will serve as the company’s headquarters as well as dealership.
Flux Mopeds are positioned as an alternative to the gas-powered scooter. The lithium ion battery-powered electric Flux mopeds reach speeds of 30 mph, climbing hills with ease and traveling distances of at least 25 miles on a single charge. Prices start at $1,999.
Real estate broker Cresa Madison also helped Flux with an application to the City of Madison for a redevelopment grant, a critical component of the transaction.
"Cresa’s services were above and beyond what we expected,” said Matt Brueggeman, co-founder and director of communications for Flux Mopeds. “Without Cresa’s assistance, it is unlikely we would have found such a fantastic location at such favorable terms.”
