PACIFIC, Mo. – A shop specializing in BMW repair and service and Ural sidecar sales is moving from Eureka to Pacific after winning the approval of Pacific’s Planning and Zoning Commission.
Dave and Nicklette Clark plan to buy the former grocery store building in a strip mall and move their existing business, Forever Endeavor Cycles.
“Our customers are not a bunch of rabble rousers,” Dave Clark told the East Missourian. “We keep things clean.”
Planning commissioners voiced their pleasure that a new business wants to move into the vacant building.
“You guys are a great fit and I’m glad to see you there,” commissioner Mike Bates said. “The Old Plaza will be getting some new life.” The board voted unanimously to recommend approval. Aldermen will consider the measure at the next scheduled meeting.
