BALIMORE, Md. - Anne Arundel County Police are charging two adults and two juveniles with the theft of seven dirtbikes from a Brooklyn Park motorcycle dealer.

According to reports, patrol officers spotted two people pushing an off-road motorcycle in the neighborhood behind Cycle World around 11:45 p.m. Friday. One of the officers checked the store, found it had been burglarized and called for support.

One of the officers saw a minivan in the neighborhood and tried to pull it over, but the vehicle sped away. The officer followed the van into Baltimore City, where it crashed into a container. The teen driver and adult passenger were arrested at the crash scene. Police told WBAL the minivan had been stolen in Baltimore City. Other officers picked up an adult suspect walking in the neighborhood and another juvenile suspect found hiding under a car.

Officers recovered five of the seven dirtbikes stolen from the store.  Four were found after a neighborhood resident called police to report that several bikes were placed on their property.

The suspects are charged with numerous burglary and theft offenses.

Police say the two stolen bikes that have not been recovered are a Honda CRF110 and a CRF150R, both red and white.
