G&H Cycles Caters To Vintage, Café Racers

Casey Henderson and Frank Gonzales, both MMI certified technicians, saw a need for a new kind of repair shop in Brooklyn, Ore., so they opened G & H Cycles last fall.

G & H offers cycle service, repair, and customizing, especially for classic and vintage bikes.

"We specialize in work on vintage and obscure motorcycle models," Henderson told The Bee newspaper. "We especially prefer working on vintage race models, such as Cafe Racers. About the only ones we don't work on are Harleys."

Henderson also builds motorcycle, including a blue Yamaha that parked by the street to catch customers’ eyes.

"I built it from the ground up in two weeks, then displayed it at 'The One Motorcycle Show' that Portland held in January. I was surprised when it won the 2010 trophy for Best in Show.”

G&H Cycles is at (503) 803-1885 for more information.
