George's Garage expands lineup of Harley-Davidson tools

GEORGE'S GARAGE offers up a lineup of new tools that would be at home in any Harley-Davidson service tech’s toolbox.

This two-in-one tool is designed to remove and install the main drive gear and main drive gear case bearing on 2006 to present Harley-Davidson Dynas and 2007 to present TC machines.

Each component in the kit is precision manufactured to insure precise alignment and a smooth press in or out, says the company. All hardware is Grade 8 and includes a NICE bearing and thumb screws to attach the puller plate. George’s kit number 620200 is a must have when working on cruise drive transmissions, GG reports.

The FL fuel pump retainer tool allows techs to gain access to the pumps and then refit it while guarding against such problems fuel leaks and component damage.

The tool is part No. 720010.

The new Wheel Bearing Remover and Installer is just on of the latest tools added to GG’s lineup. The kit is designed to remove and install sealed type bearings without damaging the wheel.

It is precision machined for use on 2000 to present Big Twin and Sportster models, and 2002 to present V-Rods. The shaft puller is machined from 4130 F4 steel and all major components are black anodized and offered in sizes 3/4 in., 1 in., and 25mm.
