Givi USA focuses on the new, keeps prices the same

Givi USA says instead of presenting a broad range of products as it has done in previous years, it’s focusing on new and popular items. Stop by its booth to pick up its 2011 catalog, which includes all current and upcoming products.

Coming in 2011 are Dual Sport aluminum/molded-plastic Trekker series cases in both 33-liter and 46-liter versions. The series will offer Givi’s MonoKey quick-release system as well as a two-point case opening. Accessories will include a back pad, a top rack, an inner bag and a cargo net securing kit.

Other new products: Givi’s Tanklock quick-release tank bag system will have two additions this year. The new Easylock is a lightweight soft saddlebag system using Givi’s quick-release latching system. And coming later this year is the Weatherproof range of tail packs and ruck sacks as well as mounting systems and accessories for many new models.

For the first 20 dealer orders received at Dealer Expo, Givi is offering a signed package from Givi/Honda LCR Moto GP team rider #14 Randy DePuniet. The company is also offering incentives to place orders at the event, including extra discounts, freight concessions and other various stocking plans. It’s offering free POS materials with some of its stocking plans and promotions.

“We encourage dealers to contact us to enable us the opportunity discuss any need they have and give us the opportunity to tailor programs, promotions and product selections to fit their needs and budget,” says the company’s Paul Collins. “For 2011 we will be maintaining last year’s retail pricing structure. With continued increases in material, production and transportation costs, we are proud to offer our products at the same pricing level as 2008.”
