Global Motorsport Group Inc., parent company of Custom Chrome and Motorcycle Stuff, signed a five-year deal to have Snap-On Business Solutions supply the distributor's dealer network with a more efficient way of finding and ordering parts and accessories.
Custom Chrome and Motorcycle Stuff catalog data will be integrated into Snap-On's PartsManagerPro, which transforms technical data into CD/DVD and Internet-based information. The system allows dealers to search for parts and accessories, create shopping carts and purchase orders, create and print estimates, and submit orders through their existing dealer management system. PartsManagerPro integrates with systems from ADP Lightspeed, C-Systems Software, Ideal Computer Systems, MIC Systems & Software, and Softek Software International, among others.
PartsManagerPro is already being used by a number of companies, including Arctic Cat, BMW, BRP, Ducati, Fox Racing, Harley-Davidson, Helmet House, Honda, Kawasaki, KTM, Polaris, Suzuki, Triumph, Tucker Rocky and Yamaha. — Guido Ebert
