MIAMI, Fla. – Kawasaki Motors Corp. USA has hired sales training expert Grant Cardone to create a customized web-based sales training university, the Kawasaki Good Times Training Center, to improve customer satisfaction, and dealer efficiency and profitability.
"Cardone's transparent, customer-first selling approach along with a recognizable name and results working with other sales organizations made his company the clear choice for us to partner with," said Dave Lautner, manager of dealer development at Kawasaki.
The web-based university includes sales training, sales management, sales meeting, sales solutions, coaching, testing and reporting. Jarrod Glandt, vice president of sales, Cardone Training Technologies, said a first wave of dealers taking the training posted impressive results afterward.
"I can safely say the 42 percent increase in gross profits has been due to the Cardone training," said Wade Hoak, vice president of Family Powersports of San Angelo, Texas, in the Kawasaki announcement.
"We increased our business by a $1 million in a very short period of time," said Tyler Brewer, vice president of Brewer Cycles, Henderson, N.C.
Kawasaki dealers that have not yet signed up for the program can find out more at GoodTimesTraining.
