Harley-Davidson of Cool Springs seeks approval for new site

BRENTWOOD, Tenn. – Harley-Davidson of Cool Springs is planning a move, with a request pending before the Brentwood Planning Commission for three new buildings to be constructed in the Mallory Park business area.

The proposed development on almost 8 acres includes construction of three buildings that will total 77,150 sq. ft. Phase I will be a two-story, 51,200 sq. ft. building that will house the showroom, display and service areas. Construction should take nine months and be complete in March 2015.

Future phases would include a 16,000 sq. ft. office and storage building and another 9,950 sq. ft. retail building.

Mallory Park is becoming an auto mall, with new tenants including Porsche, Audi and Mini auto dealerships, according to the Nashville Tennesseean.
