PLANO, Texas - Harley-Davidson Financial Services is planning to expand its Plano office, adding as many as 270 new jobs.
The plans were finalized this week when the Plano City Council approved a $216,000 economic incentive grant to expand within the city limits, according to the Dallas Morning News.
In the economic incentive deal, HDFS promised to expand its facilities and occupy almost 70,000 sq. ft. more space. It also must “retain, create or transfer” up to 270 to the site by the end of 2016 and “use reasonable efforts” to arrange company-managed hotel stays inside the city limits.
The council approved the deal unanimously with no discussion.
