VALPARAISO, Ind. - Harley-Davidson of Valparaiso will host a pet adoption fair Aug. 24 during its Southpoint Cruise-In Night.

Lakeshore PAWS dogs and cats will be available for adoption from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at the dealership.

“We are grateful to them not only for allowing us to host events at the shop, which help get a lot of pets adopted, but also for all their support,” said Jeanne Sommer, co-founder and executive director of Lakeshore PAWS. “Mark Forzt has been instrumental in saving a lot of homeless pets’ lives.”

The free cruise-in night takes place from 6 to 9 p.m. and features live music, bikes, hot rods, food by Suzie’s Café, and a beer garden by Leroy’s.
