MARIETTA, Ga. - Hellbender Harley-Davidson has teamed up with Original Bike Spirits by Zep Inc. for the Let Freedom Ride photo contest, which will award one Facebook fan a 2014 Harley-Davidson Heritage Softail Classic motorcycle.
The contest, which runs through July 13, asks participants to like the Original Bike Spirits Facebook page and submit an original photograph that captures the free spirit of the American road for a chance to win the bike. In addition to the Harley-Davidson grand-prize winner, Original Bike Spirits will select five weekly winners, who each will receive a special prize package containing Original Bike Spirits products and merchandise.
"We know that motorcycle enthusiasts are passionate about their experiences out on the open road, and the Let Freedom Ride Photo Contest provides our fans with the opportunity to share those experiences -- and their patriotic spirit -- with our Facebook community," said Original Bike Spirits marketing manager Eric Bishop. "We're thrilled to give away an American original like the Harley-Davidson Heritage Softail Classic, and after surveying our Facebook fans to see which bike would be their top choice to win, we're confident fans will be clamoring to own such an amazing bike."
Because the top 10 finalists for the grand prize will be selected through a public vote, Original Bike Spirits encourages all entrants to submit the most compelling photos available and to ask their Facebook friends to vote for their submissions within the contest application. After the promotion concludes July 13, a judging panel that includes representatives from Original Bike Spirits and Hellbender Harley-Davidson will choose the grand prize winner from among the 10 entries receiving the most public votes.
"During their travels, motorcycle riders are exposed to people, places and things that many individuals don't necessarily see on an everyday basis," said Hellbender Harley-Davidson marketing and events manager Brad Bosworth. "Our team has enjoyed partnering with Original Bike Spirits on the Let Freedom Ride Photo Contest, and we look forward to seeing the variety of fascinating images that participants are likely to submit in the coming weeks."
