The House of Harley-Davidson, a Top 100 dealer in Milwaukee, was awarded Harley-Davidson Motor Co.'s Bronze Bar & Shield Circle of Recognition Award for the 2010 Calendar year, based on motorcycle and related product sales performance, an evaluation of customer service and satisfaction, and various operational measures.

“One of the primary reasons the Harley-Davidson brand has such tremendous customer loyalty is because of the efforts of dealers such as John Schaller,” said Mike Kennedy, Harley-Davidson’s VP of North American sales. “We’re really proud to have John and the House of Harley-Davidson as part of the Harley-Davidson family.”

The dealership has been in business since 1972.

“We pride ourselves on employing knowledgeable people who are passionate about providing unsurpassed customer experiences, and the 2010 Bar & Shield Award truly reflects that level of dedication,” said Schaller, owner of the House of Harley-Davidson.

The House of Harley-Davidson employs 75 full and part-time staff. The dealership is approximately 50,000 sq. ft. and includes the largest variety of MotorClothes and new and used Harley-Davidsons in the Midwest. The service center at the House of Harley-Davidson includes 40 bike lifts and employs five of Wisconsin’s six Masters of Technology, Harley-Davidson Motor Company’s highest level of training for service technicians.

The House of Harley-Davidson is a 2009 Milwaukee Business Journal Top Milwaukee Workplace winner, and a 2010 DealerNews Top 100 Dealer.
