House of Harley-Davidson names automotive, public sector veteran as new GM

House of Harley-Davidson, a Top 100 dealer in Milwaukee, has named Don Cozza general manager.

Cozza has had successful careers in various business and public settings, including the United States Army, the Milwaukee and West Allis/West Milwaukee school districts, and over 13 years in the automobile business.

Cozza’s automobile career began as a part-time position with the Wilde Automotive Group and ended with his appointment as general manager of the Bergstrom Automotive Group. He oversaw a store in the Fox River Valley. During his tenure, sales rose by more than 30 percent.

“We are thrilled that Don joined the family of the House of Harley-Davidson,” said John Schaller, owner of the House of Harley-Davidson. “His experience in both public and private sectors give him the leadership and organizational skills that are required of a world-class General Manager. We look forward to raising the bar with his guidance and involvement.”
