AN ILLINOIS DEALER has spoken up about ATV safety, following a crash that killed a 7-year-old boy, who died while on a 110cc SunL Cool Sport ATV. He was wearing a helmet and protective clothing.

According to The Telegraph, Brian Baswell, owner of Midwest Motor Sports of Hartford, Ill., says that age restrictions currently in place and ATV tethers are two of the things that help keep ATVs safe.

“It’s just like a car or a gun or anything else. As long as they are used properly, they are safe,” Braswell said to the newspaper.
