A memorial service is scheduled for 5 p.m. Friday at First United Lutheran Church in Sheybogan. The family has requested that memorial donations be made to Spaceport Sheboygan or an organization of the giver's choice.A lifelong automotive enthusiast, Muth headed his family's company from 1965 until his death. His father, Kenneth Muth, founded the company. Mike Muth's leadership heralded a focus on safety and safety products.
Muth was also involved with local business interests as a member of the Sheboygan Development Corporation.
"As can be expected for a close-knit company, Mike's passing has shocked and saddened each of us," says Dan Todd, president of MUTH company.
"His commitment to the automotive industry is what will motivate us to continue daily operations, which is exactly as he would have wanted us to do."
